Don’t worry, the crew here at JRT is still hard at work with the latest episode, coming out next week. Still, we are multi-class nerds, so we also enjoy a fair share of comics… and when Ryan North made Dinosaur Comics‘ entire corpus available and Brad Friedman conjured a magical algorithm that automatically generates scripts, we couldn’t simply stand idly by.

So, after the break, we have assembled three DC strips out of six of these seemingly random scripts. They might appear a bit scatter-brained, but they are actually transcendently sensible, with high-brow subtext. They are, after all, powered by monkeys. Enjoy!

1/Too Friggin’ Hard Comics:Are you a bad enough dude to lend me fifty dollars?

2/Everyone Defaults to Ice-Cream Comics

Bitten by a radioactive New Yorker, T-Rex becomes racist against Taxi Drivers.

3/Scientific Breakthrough Comics

Ideally, every situation unfolds like this.

Seriously though, Dinosaur Comics is awesome, check it out!
